This Phoenix, AZ patient was unhappy with the size and shape of her saline breast implants. Specifically, she was unhappy with the flattening of her lower breast poles near the midline and that she lacked cleavage. Her saline implants were exchanged for silicone. Sutures were placed in the outer portion of her implant pocket to move the implants toward the midline. The pockets were opened near the midline to obtain more cleavage. Considerable improvement was seen.
