This Scottsdale, AZ patient had saline implants placed above the muscle many years ago. Over time they became very firm and painful as well as unnatural looking. She was found to have developed significant capsular contractures. She underwent removal of her saline implants and scar tissue along with placement of new 445 cc silicone implants beneath the muscle. She loves her new breasts!
