This Phoenix patient had saline implants placed 18 years ago. Time has taken its toll and the implants migrated upward and toward her armpits. The saline implants were removed and replaced with Silicone Highly Cohesive Gel. The pockets were adjusted to move the implants downward and toward the midline and a breast lift was performed. The is quite happy with the new look and feel!
