This Phoenix, AZ patient was unhappy with the size and look of her saline breast implants. She stated they were too far out toward her armpits and she didn’t have any cleavage. Her saline implants were exchanged for silicone and sutures were placed in the outer portions of her implant pocket to push her implants more toward the midline. She is much more happy with her breasts now.
