This Scottsdale, AZ patient was unhappy with her saline implants. She stated the right implant was positioned out toward her armpit too far and she lacked cleavage. Her saline implants were exchanged to anatomically shaped silicone and the outer pocket of her right breast was closed with sutures to move the implant more toward the midline and create more cleavage.
