This Phoenix, AZ patient had undergone a large breast augmentation with a breast lift years ago. As she grew older, she had a lessening desire for large breasts and wanted her implants removed. She also desired removal of the excess skin that was going to result from removal of the implants as well as revision of her widened scars from her previous breast lift. She underwent implant removal and secondary breast lift in a single stage. Since she had minimal scar tissue it did not require removal. She is much more happy with the extra weight off of her chest.
