This Phoenix, AZ patient presented with extremely hard, painful and misshapen breasts. Her very old subglandular implants had developed extensive scar tissue. We removed the scar tissue and placed new silicone implants beneath the muscle on the first procedure. Due to the extensive amount of scar tissue present and the initial location above the muscle, a one stage procedure was not safe. At a second procedure months later a breast lift was performed to obtain this very much improved result.
