This Phoenix, AZ patient had saline 250 cc breast implants placed years ago.  The time and pregnancies took a toll on them and she was unhappy with the rippling as well as the malposition of her left implant in her armpit.  She also wanted to go a bit larger.  Her saline implants were removed and the portion of her left implant pocket toward her armpit was closed with sutures to reposition that implant more toward the midline and improve her “cleavage”.  450 cc silicone gel implants were placed to reduce rippling.  She loves her new breasts.
